What is Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation is a simple, easy practice that anyone can do.

More joy, less stress.

During Vedic Meditation, you sit comfortably with your back supported and eyes closed. The technique is easy to learn and practice, offering a simple and natural way to release stress.
 

Rooted in the Veda, an ancient body of knowledge from India, this practice has been passed down for over 5,000 years through the Shankaracharya tradition.
 

It is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, once in the morning and again later in the day, at times that suit your daily routine.
 

This deeply restful technique provides a level of rest that’s 3 to 5 times deeper than a good night's sleep.
