In my own past I had a history of spending a lot of my time and energy thinking about things that happened in the past, as well as thinking of things that could happen in the future which caused a lot of anxiety in my life. I seldom enjoyed the present moment and all the happiness it brings until I found Vedic Meditation. Once I found Vedic Meditation it changed my personal and professional life for the better in many ways. Because of all the benefits I gained in my own practice, this inspired me to want to teach others. I paused my career and personal life and traveled to Rishikesh, India in the base of the beautiful Himalayan mountains to train to become a Vedic Meditation teacher for 3 months with my teacher Thom Knoles.
My hobbies include travel, ballroom dancing with my wife and singing in our family rock band.
