You practice this technique for 20 minutes twice a day. One session in the morning and one session in the late afternoon or early evening around your own daily schedule
This practice is 3-5 times more restful than than a good night sleep

This is not a religion or a belief system. Anyone can practice Vedic Meditation no matter what your beliefs or non beliefs are. Whether you believe or not believe, Vedic Meditation will help and be an aid to all growth of a person.
Do I need any experience to do this meditation?
No experience necessary. This meditation is a simple and natural technique.
I don’t know if I have the time to fit in the 20 minutes twice a day?
As part of your 4 day training course I will help you figure out how to best fit the twice a day for 20 minutes into your personal schedule.You will make up the time several fold because you will be much more efficient and adaptable throughout the day so you actually gain time in your day not lose it.
How much does it cost?
During the Intro Talk I will go over what the course fee will be and what it covers. There are discounts available for veterans, senior citizens and full time students. In this tradition there is an exchange of something of value from the student to the teacher.
Can the cost be covered under my Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account?
It may cover the cost if recommended by your Physician and they write it up as an order.
How long does it take to start feeling the benefits?
The positive changes and benefits from this technique can be felt immediately. It does not take long at all to feel all the benefits from this practice.
